What is the Skillcrush refund policy? Can I transfer to a different Course?


You have our 100%-refund satisfaction policy if you need it within the first 14 days of signing up. Just let us know at hello@skillcrush.com.

Please know there's a limit of one refund per customer. So, refunds for any future enrollments – even within the first 14 days of starting – won't be available.

(Our refund policy was changed from 30 days to 14 days on April 24th, 2020.)

Payment Changes

If you need to change your payment date, please let us know at hello@skillcrush.com at least 3 business days before your current payment date.

After a payment or refund is processed, changes can't be made.
