What is the Skillcrush refund policy? Can I transfer to a different Course?

You have our 14-day, 100% money-back guarantee if you need it within the first month of your Course. So, if you decide at any time during the first 14 days after enrolling that you need to stop the course and wish to request a refund, let us know at hello@skillcrush.com.

Transferring to a different Course may also be an option within the first 14 days, but transfers are not possible after 14 days.

Please note that there is a limit of one refund per customer so refunds for any future enrollments (even within the first 14 days of starting or for different courses) won't be available.

(This change in our refund policy from 30 days to 14 days takes effect on April 24th, 2020.)

Payment Changes

We ask that all requests for payment changes be made three business days in advance of the payment date. Once a payment is processed, changes to it (including refunds) are not permitted.  

Discounted Payments

No refunds or requests to switch Courses will be granted when using our unemployment discount, even within the first 14 days. We are very committed to helping you gain new skills and want to support you in doing so even if paying the full tuition cost is outside your reach at this time. That said, we do want you to consider this purchase seriously before you make it. We expect you to seriously consider the commitment before enrolling and, in return, we’ll do everything we can to help you be successful!
