What is the Skillcrush refund policy? Can I transfer to a different Course?
You have our 100%-refund satisfaction policy if you need it within the first 14 days of signing up. Just let us know at email@example.com.
Please know there's a limit of one refund per customer. So, refunds for any future enrollments – even within the first 14 days of starting – won't be available.
(Our refund policy was changed from 30 days to 14 days on April 24th, 2020.)
If you need to change your payment date, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 3 business days before your current payment date.
After a payment or refund is processed, changes can't be made.
