What is the Skillcrush refund policy? Can I transfer to a different Blueprint?
You have our 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee if you need it within the first month of your Blueprint. So, if you decide at any time during the first 30 days after enrolling that you need to stop the course and wish to request a refund, let us know at email@example.com.
Transferring to a different Blueprint may also be an option within the first 30 days, but transfers are not possible after 30 days.
Please note that there is a limit of one refund per customer so refunds for any future enrollments (even within the first 30 days of starting or for different courses) won't be available.
We ask that all requests for payment changes be made three business days in advance of the payment date. Once a payment is processed, changes to it (including refunds) are not permitted.
No refunds or requests to switch Blueprints will be granted for discounted payments, even within the first thirty days. We are very committed to helping you gain new skills and want to support you in doing so even if paying the full tuition cost is outside your reach at this time. That said, we do want you to consider this purchase seriously before you make it. We expect you to seriously consider the commitment before enrolling and, in return, we’ll do everything we can to help you be successful!
